State of Emergency
I am a sad skunk

My Oscar of 5 1/2 years is swimming upside down. Since I am at work with limited 'STUFF' he is in a hospital "bucket", the prognosis is bad, & I am sure he won't last the day.

I can't get out of the office just yet to get something to put him down, nor do I have a cleaver.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss - despite some of these people on here who think Oscars are lame just because they're so common, I still think they're among the best. Any clue what happened? Sorry again. Jude

Beautiful fish! Any clue what happened? 5 1/2 isn't all that old. How's the other one taking it? I know they can get pretty attached.

"Moby" was protecting him, keeping the JD & Pleco away....

"Mugsy" has been on a mission for about 6 months. He had tried to get out many times & ended up with many war wounds. My best guess is he just hurt himself to many times. The tank itself is "all good" but now "Moby" and "Matt" (JD) are a bit at odds with eachother.

"Matt" had been with "Mugsy" since the beginning, "Moby" is only a year old but he & "Mugsy" became fast friends.
