Will a school of 18 tiger barbs bring peace to the tank or will they just form a gang ???? I think i hv two green ones and one albino will they school together???

Will my banded hi fin shark get nipped at to death?? Or will my rummy nose and tetras get their fins biten off???
i like my tiger barbs but they are aggressive. ive never had that many so i dont know about the number helping. but all tiger barbs school together i thnk thats the best part. i got 3 regs, 3 greens, 4 albino and im gettin 2-3 platinum 2morrow. your rummynose tetras might be toast tho, enless there fast.
They all school together.
A big school will reduce agression/nipping problems since they are too busy running after their own kind.
The biggest problem I had with my tetrazona schools was to feed properly they other fish species. They are damn fast and always hungry as hell.

My brother has a bunch of Rummy Nose (15) schooling together. He also has some Tiger Barbs in there and said that he does not have any problems with the two species being in there together. So I would say it is trial and error. I don't think everyone can say they have the same experience.
