Hello,

I have recently bought a plant that finally cannot be destroyed by my SD's. :nilly:Leaves have grown up to and along the surface, giving the fish more shaded lighting.

I am not to sure what it is called, but it has grown really well without the addition of co2 or fertilisor. It has grow so well that I am considering replace some of the plastic plants with it.

I hope to get a full tank shot later on tonight.

Those are Crinum sp. Not sure what species, though.

nice plants. u might want to do something about that cloudy water though

Hello,

The picture was taken not long after a water change so that filterhad not had chance to clear the water. Thank you for the concern though.

LOOKS LIKE Crinum thaianum.

My tinfoil barbs leave mine alone too. BBA tends to grow on the leaves... Takes a while to get going, in my experience. One of the two I have hasn't sent up a new leaf and I have had it for at least a month.

That looks like a terrestrial bamboo.

Did you pick it up at an lfs, in one of those topfin live plant racks?

(oops, didn't see the bulb in the back, the above posters may be correct).
