I have alligator gar and a rtc. could I add either another gar or rtc?

Ohhhh ok lol when when its big enough it will id imagin but you could probably get either if theyre not staying together
Lol you find a maxed 2' rtc that isn't stunted you let me know. Your rtc will hit 18" on one year..... It's mouth is huge you do the math.

One rtc needs 300g by its self and must people one here will call that far to small

If you want to try this combo it is best to do so when growth rates have stabilized and one fish will not outgrow the other. Even then there are no guarantees.
Alligator gars will get at least 18" in their first year, with the possibility to get a lot bigger. Combine this with their temper and unpredictableness and this is not a combo I would personally try.
Rtc will get 18" or larger their first year, but with the size difference that is already their it might just get eaten or killed by the gator gar. If you manage to grow it out it might try eating the gator gar eventually are they start to approach the same size.
