Hi MFK community from the UK, I made my account a while ago after reading some of the great articles here on MFK, never got round to posting anything. Decided to get involved more in this site, currently have a 6x2x2 180 gal with a red oscar, cichla orino x2, megalodoras irwini, convict cichlid, vittatus african tiger fish and a big common pleco. Sort of an odd bunch of fish I know, planning on getting perhaps a 4 or 5ft to move my oscar and convict into as they are the best of friends. And maybe adding to the 180 gal. Running two cannisters atm, going to make a DIY overflow and trickle filter to increase my turnover. Average about 60%+ WC per week. Haven't been in the hobby all that long, started from randomly surfing videos on youtube and coming across TLKmDN's pond videos and have been hooked ever since. Started with a oscar, then got reading on bass thought ill step it up got some, read up on tiger fish thought ill step it up again and it just went on from there.
