A shot in the dark......(help please)

I just called my LFS cause my wife is in the area. I just asked what do you have in thats pretty cool and somewhat hard to find.

Now I can't for the life of me figure out how to spell what he said but I had never heard of it before. Here is my attempt: Distakotis Laulusa

It's about 5" and he said it almost looks like a Clown Loach. It's $59. Any idea what the hell this is?

HOLY CRAP!!! $1000 says it's the same fish! Clarksville is right accross the river from Louisville. LOL!
