A small platinum red tail catfish?

Can you get these fish under 5" in size? I'd love to have one but don't feel confortable buying a $2000 fish. The smallest one I've ever seen for sale was 1ft. I think it would be good to get a small one, save some money and just give it high temp and feed twice a day. Does anyone know if they sell small ones and if so where?

Ya I'll see. I'd like a small one. Have some coin put aside for a cool monster fish. Not sure if it will be still enough though for a baby. But they have gone down in price in the last year.
