after just seeing stotty's thread on fat french carp, i got discouraged to post my largetst carp i caught.. but hey it was so much fun for me to keep it to myself...
story goes.. we were just packing all our things around 1 to get ready to go home, then when i was getting my rod (that i left for a while) i was wandering why it was all over the creek side, ok so i thought maybe theres a carp.. (coz thats what they ussually do ryt?) and then my rod got so hard, so i thought i hooked a brach or something so i did my best trying to unhook whatever it got stuck from i even attempted to just let my line snap BUT THEN THE SUDDEN BURST OF ENERGY came from down my line... I GOT SCARED LITERALLY!!
i let go of my line b4 it snaps (im just on a 12lbs test 
) I reel back... He Fights back.. that went on for 30minutes... my dad said have patience it will get tired... but... its me getting sooo tired then IT JUMPED!!! we finally saw the big fass carp with very red tail!!! we were so #@$#^^&^%&&* (i dont know the word to describe what i felt lol) the fight went for nearly 1 hour... we finally landed it! we had to go into the water because we dont have a big net for this guy.. we werent expecting this. We were having a nice day with lmbs, walleyes and some cats...
landed this big guy probably on accident.. we got out from the lake @ 2.30. We were late at work! but oh well.. that was well worth it!
ps.. this is the heaviest fish i tried to lift... i thought i wont be able to lift it for teh picsss but i thought of THE MFKers and how theyre in constant need of pics!!
