A tank question

I have a 29 gallon tank I have already got a light system and filter for it but still no fish so my question is what fish should I put in it perferbally agressive fish but fish that will fit in it for atleast 6 months

Ohhh and I live near Grand Rapids and Lansing (in Michigan) so any local stors would be nice and I am looking to spend about $50-$60 total on the fish

or one of the puffer species such as a congo puffer, or maybe a gulper cat not really aggressive but can eat just about anything even fish larger than itself
