It will take some time for it to fill out. Maybe 2 months or so.
Certainly no shortage of food in the tank.
Let it eat whatever it will eat until gaining weight.

I would start feeding your ray some night crawlers or earth worms they're packed with a lot of protein that will add some much needed weight.
