A very sick Oscar

Hi,I wanted to ask for help this oscar. about 10 days ago ive noticed a whitish patch starting to spread on the tips of his fins. a few days kater a signicant part of the eaten away and then ive quaranteen him and started treatment with kanaplex. He is not eating and the "eating" has reached his body in some places. The water parametres are 0,0,10 and he was in a 250 L tank with a pleco and a feather fish. Any ideas on what is this and how to treat it? thank you

Could be columnaris. Cont the kanaplex and add furan2. Would dab the wound with methylene blue or dip the fish. Would add salt at 1 tsp per g. Keep the water clean and pristine.

He is after a 3 times kanaplex treatment which is the max times its ok to use it and after a furanol treatment.

What do u mean by 3 times? The fish has had 3 separate treatments?

Yes, the kanaplex instruction are for a treatment bath that last 48 hours,and it says that the treatment can be reapeted up to 3 times
