Ok so I have a research paper due tommorrow and my interview backed out on me so I still need a form of primary research so if you wouldnt mind please answer a few questions I have so I can have a survey. My paper is over renewable energy sources and I just have a few questions.

1) Do you believe we should switch to renewable enrergy?

2) Do you think the green process is not beneficial?

3) Do you use any renewable energy (examples biofuels, solar, wind, hydroelectric)? If so what kind?

4) Why do you believe we should/should not use renewable energy?

Thanks for helping me hopefully I can get this stupid paper done soon!

How detailed of an answer do you need?

It can be very brief. detail isnt really that necessary just give me your opinion

Questions 1 and 2 yes or no
3 yes or no and if yes what kind
4 just your opinion on what you think like a sentence or 2.

why did you schedule the interview the day before the paper was due? and since when is a survey on fish keeping forum considered a primary resource?

Good luck to you, sounds like you need it.

1) Do you believe we should switch to renewable enrergy?

Depends on the state of the nation(economy, morale, jobs, etc). But yes, it would be wise to switch to renewable energy as soon as possible.

2) Do you think the green process is not beneficial?

Weird question. As a fad/popular culture it might be sending mixed messages, but the core values of being "green" should be applied to all aspects of life. So no, the green process IS/WOULD BE beneficial.

3) Do you use any renewable energy (examples biofuels, solar, wind, hydroelectric)? If so what kind?

No. Can't afford it at the moment. I do know a mixture of those stated are most practical and functional.

4) Why do you believe we should/should not use renewable energy?

Because I want my future to have a future.

Yup

2) Do you think the green process is not beneficial?

What? Um. I think the green process IS beneficial. So, I guess no? Cuz I do not think it is not beneficial....:screwy:

3) Do you use any renewable energy (examples biofuels, solar, wind, hydroelectric)? If so what kind?

Not yet...

4) Why do you believe we should/should not use renewable energy?

Obvious reasons. The current oil crisis for one. Take economics out of the picture, and I would still use renewable energy. The amount of destruction that harvesting/transporting/using nonrenewable energy creates is astounding....

I.e.: Ozone, global warming, oil spills, smog, acid rain, destruction of land, etc.

Let me know if you need more! ;)

been through this so I'll help. My name is Brandon and I am from Calgary Alberta Canada I'm 25 years old and a male.

1)Using alternate energy sources should not be discouraged but I am not for abandoning current sources at the risk of our fragile world economy. So no.

2)The "green" process is under regulated, over hyped and lacks cost efficiency. As a person involved in new home construction I have seen the green process used to sell houses that are far from it. A spray foam insulation is packing our houses with toxins killing people makes it into "greebuilt". Although the claim is high percentage of products used are recyclable drywall is only partly recycled to a fertilizer that no one uses and can not be reused often for drywall as it will turn your walls pink. Green is no about saving the environment it is the next big sales pitch.

3)No "renewable" energy sources here.

4)It is not a should or should not. We should look at all alternatives equally and see what is most efficient no one wants to abandon things only to find out the grass isn't that green on the other side. Because there is no irefutable proof that we are responsible for climate change than there is no way one can say we should only use on kind of resource. I think the question is asking me to say no to alternate energy sources but that is not what I want. If oil is cheaper and more efficient so be it but if someone can offer me something else I'll buy that.

Anyways I know that was long but hope it helps. Good luck with the paper.

No actually it was scheduled last tuesday but since it was thanksgiving break I was not able to get in contact with my prof. until last night. And my prof. said a survey I conducted would be considered primary research and this is a very diverse group of people in nationality and age so it is actually a good place to have a survey taken.

And the more opinions on this the better so anyone respond if possible.

To clarify the second question it was worded weird.
2) Do you think the green process is not going to help?
