hi all, I just bought a 5" aba2 knifefish, can I keep it with plecos? I know aba2 can be really aggressive and will bite anything in the tank, but plecos also have a hard body armor, so I was thinking of putting them together, wot do you guys think?any other possible tank mates?

lol, I think a question on Aba Aba Knifefish compatibility is asked every week.
There has never been an issue that I know of where a fish had bitten or "attacked" a Pleco before. I don't think you have anything to worry about, but I would still watch to see what happens.

thnks, I've looked at some of previous treads about this fish in the same forum, it seems that plecos would be the ideal tanks mates, but I'll keep an eye on it still. Already I put a common yellow plecos in the tank, nothing happens yet, guess it's still too soon to tell; the pleco is about the same size, and only 2 of them in the tank; by the way, can aba2 jump out of the tank?should I put a lid on my tank? I really like the look on this fish,
