Abino Bichir growth

[NVTE]

I have 2 abinos almost 2 years . I got them at 4" and now they are about 6" . 2" per 2 years ? It is that normal or something wrong with their growth rate ? . They are feed Pellets,shirmp pellets, and feeder. Just clear out my curious. Thanks

I feed mine minnows, crayfish, market raw shrimp, and earthworm sticks with spirulina. The minnows and crayfish are gut-loaded before feeding them out with plankton/krill, spirulina, and ocean nutrition VHP (Very High Protein). I also add Vita-chem each week and give them a weekly 50% water change. Mine aren't quite 2 years old yet but, the 3 larger ones are hitting the 11-12 inch mark and the smaller one is 9-10". They were about 3" when I got them.

Mine aren't growing to much, but they are getting fat!! I think soon they will became big!!
