It's the beginning of the end. I have to cut down on fish tanks and this little guy is keeping me from moving two of my other fish into the larger tank.
Feeds readily on whatever is dropped into the tank. Probably one of my meaner fish, but he takes care of himself. He doesn't seem to mind bottom dwellers at all, because the bichir and the catfish have never felt his wrath. He doesn't like sharing the middle of the tank though, and frequently picks fights with the p bass, occasionally my dat, and even sometimes my Scomb.
He's a feisty little guy for sure, and if you have the space for him, I'd be glad to adopt him out no charge. I believe he is full grown, somewhere over 6" long. Pics tonight.
