abnormal fish swimming

this happened almost 10 months when i noticed my juvenile venustus started sitting at the bottom of the tank and his swimming seems kinda sloppy kinda like it's hard to him to swin properly and i thought he was going to die of a disease but it's have been 10 months since hes have been like that and hes growing for sure and eats normally

is this normal and is there a name for this?

there is something wrong with his swim bladder. I've seen a few fish do alright when they have similar problems.
