Aborted Stingray Pup??

I posted in another thread my female motoro has gone from a voracious eater to barely eating at all. I had separated the male from her that was beating her up and she stopped eating. Yesterday I found this lying on the bottom of the tank and not sure if it is an aborted fetus or not. Her appetite has pick up since last night. I can still see pup movement on her back and she is about 75 days pregnant (had her last pups Sept 9). This thing looks too undeveloped to be a moving pup inside the female, but looks too consolidated / shaped to be feces. The bullet shaped end is roughly 3/4" long and diameter of your pinky fingertip.

Ideas??

Here is a premature Stingray fetus,this was 2" diameter.
Interesting but very sad.

I would agree especially after seeing Aquaman's pic. Her pups are definantely moving around inside her so no way this could be a pup. Thanks everyone.

Thanks for the pic , defininately solves that question. Since my female is 3/4 way through pregnancy, I would suspect an aborted pup would look like your pic.
