About blood parrot cichild

Is it Blood parrot cichild non aggressive when they are young?
I know it is difficult to sex them, but it still have some way. Can anyone teach me how to sex them by showing picture (difference of male and female)?

They are hybrids... Try the hybrid section.

I had one years ago and the only fish it was aggressive to was a pike. The parrot would ram the pike repeatedly until the pile had a bruised forehead, the bp was about 7" at the time.
