about feeding gulper cats

Hi I'm gulperfan220
New to this forum and very interested in the future to be owner of some fine gulpers! I was wondering has anyone fed their gulpers beef liver! I use to own a large Oscar that was feed chicken liver and feeders . My Oscar grew really well on those two combos.
Is crayfish safe to feed gulper?

Go very easy on the liver!!

Fish are not adapted to digest mammalian protein. ( not to mention the effect it has on the tank water ). Skip it and try to feed them shrimp and fish fillet.
Gulpers are awsome, enjoy them.
