There's how many kinds of Green terrors? I know there's one with white fins, and one with orange red fins. Any more?

Im looking for one with the RED fins. Not the orange fins nor the white nor the mix of two. I've never seen a wild one.

Anyways. Im interested in knowing about the one with the reddest fins. Where to get. or just stories aboutt the baddest one you've seen . tnx

There are three that I know of. The Aequidens Rivulatus Orange Saum is the most common followed by the White Saum. The rarest is a true green terrer, Andinoacara Stalsbergi . As far as one with red fins goes, I've never heard of such a thing. Some of the Oranges can be rather deep and appear even deeper in photos but as far as a true red goes, I don't believe it exists.

thanks.

and in cichlids, rare dont mean too much to me and the Orange fins are nicer ..

why is white saum Rivalatus different from Stralberry ?

When you see the red in person, it's definitely not just a darker orange. Haven't seen one in decades though. Probably a rare double recessive that just was bred out much like the white edges are being now.

You mean stalsbergi? it's because those are two separate species of green terrors. Correct me if wrong but I'm pretty sure that's how it goes

Yeah rivulatus and stalsbergi are seperate specie, i prefer stalsbergi, if youve never seen one in real life you cant really compare it to the rivulatus. Mine sheens a nice purple irridesence in the light and already has white tips and pale green cheek markings at 2.5-3 inch. Got mine from rapps, to me theyre more refined and have better better proportions because the oranges are farmed but these are tank bred. Not f1 but whatevs

I have 2 Gold Saums and 5 Stalsbergi. They are such different fish personality wise that nobody would confuse them if they could see them side by side. Plus they look very different.
