about new filtration enquiry

hi everyone i had finally decided and a 1 and for all 200 gallon tank and the manufacturer asked whether i had also wanted the filter to be installed with the tank but i do not know whether i need it because i had filters at home already but the only thing i do not know is whether my filters are good enough for the 200 gallon tank as they had only filter a 50 gallon tank.So should i install the new filter they recommended or should i use back my old filter

What filter do u have at home?
Cannister? Overhead filter?

Remember bro, it is always best to OVERfiltrate than underfiltrate

lol nvm in the end i decided not to add in the filter and got myself a fluval fx5 it is a lot cheaper than the custom made sump
