? about peas and vita chem

I was wondering how often and how many peas to feed my fish.

And, is vita chem really good for the fish? I have added a few drops to each tank and was wondering if it is good and how often/how much I should use. I also have a green bottle of a different vitamin food.

as far as the drops... i have no idea.. never used vitamin drops.. prolly never will

for the peas.... smush a few open and drop them in.. see if they get eatin within 32 hours or so.. if they do.. add a few more.. if not.. dont add so many... its sorta just a trial and error sorta thing...
