About spirulina and future natural food chain

Could I recovery and keep live spirulina algae from liofilized spirulina 27% provided by Sera Spirulina Tabs?. This is for feed Daphnia "water fleas" the Daphnia culture shows a decrease slightly, I guess that it is a normal dynamic culture, but with a correct feeding, I could keep level off. Daphnias were eaten by feeders. I want to keep this food chain. Is it possible?

recover live spirulina from dried powder?
probably not. if you could, I think it would be more likely from unprocessed powder than from tabs. even from powder I think your chances of success are so small as to say it's impossible.
