I'm trying to get the best water flow in my 200 gallon fw fahaka puffer tank my return pump does 1200 gph but I just don't think the return is good enough, I tried a spray bar but felt like I was just pushing clean water back to the overflow .... I want to really move the water column I want to make sure any and all water is moved around a cpl dead spot ok but not the whole bottom!!

Try something like this on the return and you can adjust it as needed.

It may push 30ft at 1200 gph with no pipe on it at all

Pumps are always over rated so say it really 1000gph then add the pipe length say 6-8ft with bends its prob pushing 800gph
Your tank is 200 gal at the very most your tank is being turned over 5 x per hour

That's not enough in my eyes
You should be looking at turning the tank over 8-10 x per hour

Right. Head-loss.

This is insanity IMO. You're not doing your bio media any favors by powerwashing it with 2000GPH. I run ~500GPH through mechanical and 100GPH through bio in a 125G with a 150G total system volume. My tank is clear and ammo, nitrites and nitrates are always at zero. For the sake of bio science, I would increase my bio media before I ever increased bio flow rate.

But, T1, we have auto water changing systems so we're probably cheating when we post our nitrate levels.

Yea I know I have power losd by the bends once I update my wc method I'm going to work on my return system as it has 5-6 90* bends its a work in progress but my water is clear and my amo 0 n02 0 n03 never more then 10ppm so a dbl out put system is better then a spray bar?

That's not enough turn over you need more flow or how will the crap get moved around and pushed into the sump

8-10 x turnover should be a min
