It seems that my red wolf prefers to eat earthworms only. On the first few days I got him in my tank, he would eat anything lives in the tank till he stuffed him self. But ever since I've started feeding him with earthworms, he did not want to eat anything else, even a gold fish. Does this happen with your red wolf?
Well, its been almost 4 days since I stopped feeding him with earthworms, and he hasn't eaten anything just yet, he even ignored the guppies in the same tank. This morning I decide to feed him back with earthworms. He ate it immediately. The problem was, I am pretty sure that the earthworms he swallowed were still alive inside his tummy because he acted weirdly since that moment. Now he just sitting on the bottom, maybe his tummy is in pain.
Should I be worried about this?
cheers

No. No worries.

Let him fast a bit, to see if he goes to other food items....

Nothing to worry about. The stomock acids will kill it. Most invert food is swallowed live by fish.

Leave the guppies in there and leave him to it and he will take them when hungry enough. There is nothing wrong with him eating earthworms either.
