Well I got up this morning and was sitting in front of my aquarium eating breakfast, and I noticed that my 3'' Oscar has a big white spot on his uupper fin.. Thanks to the research ive done on this site, im pretty sure that its ICH. Hes in a 55gallon along with a 3''Jack Dempsey, and a 3'' Green Terror, and 2 4'' common pleco, none of the other fish are showing any signs of the disease.. Ive read on some other post that I need to raise the temp, and and add some aquarium salt. Im gonna wait until next week to do this because I just changed my water yesterday. My question is, will my fish be alright unitll next wendsday,or do I need to act immedietly? And what temp and how much salt per gallon should I use for these specific fish? Thank you..

You're over stocked.. Get rid of some of the fish for starters. Act now instead of waiting. Add 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons. Raise the temperature to 88.

Don't wait it will just allow the disease to further advance.

Im no expert but I dont think being over stocked has anything to do with ICH... But I did take your advice on acting right away, and everything is fine!!! Thank you..

Actually, it may have been a huge factor. Bullying from the other fish, high ammonia levels, high nitrate levels, all these things can spring from being overstocked which leads to stressed out fish etc. If you don't fix the initial cause of the fish being stressed than ich will just come back. Good luck in your decision.
