What would be the best GpH Power head for a 55g tank ?

That depends on the type of current you are trying to produce... Most powerheads use the hi-pressure low-volume method & are designed for about 5x-8x turnover per hour. Koralia type powerheads use the hi-volume low-pressure method to achieve much greater turnover rates using less electricity, but they're not as versatile (cant be used to power UGF's or sponge filters, etc.).

I am looking for a Good current for a scrob.
I know the tank is small but the scrob is 5'' if that and i will up gread when needed.

And the power head i have now doesnt have a brand name on it just a number 099 thats it i got it free with the tank tank was free 2.

Throw it in. If you put it in the back corner blowing across the back wall of the tank, I think thats a good starting point.
