I do have a question though, how do you get the fish to just sit there and pose for pictures? If I tried to lay a fish in my hands without holding them they would jump within a second.

We knock out the fish with fish stablizer which is readily available here in singapore.

Yup. It's a common practise here for we need to knock them out for the tagging proccess.
