I shudder to think but probably drug dealers who may have intended for the animals to fight each other.

I was thinking the animals would have been used for intimidation purposes, but seeing that they were kept in bad condition makes me think the fighting as well

But on a positive note, those are some beautiful creatures, I always had a thing for tigers, that guy is great looking.
