AC110 and eheim 2215 FTW

Just wanted to tell everyone my AC110 has worked out great. I put my top fin 60 on another tank as it was totally not needed. But my water is absolutely crystal clear with the AC110 and eheim 2215 combo. (there's also a air stone Under gravel filter) So if any one is thinking about going with this combo don't hold back it works excellent

EDIT Its a 55 gallon by the way.

Nice sounds overfiltered like all MFK tanks. Thats the way to be,lol. I'm getting an emperor 400 for my 55 with 2 Oscars. The Top Fin 60 and 30 just don't cut it, lol. Peice of crap filters, adding a emperor should help alot with these monsters in the making.

Agreed the top fins suck I love the ac 110 I love it so much in fact im getting some 70's for my other tanks.

Yup. You may even need an ac70 in the future to help with bio load two oscars generate quite the load on a tank especially a 55. I had an albino tiger in mine for a week before I brought him back he was one messy fish best of luck to ya. And remember if you wanna polish that water fine you can get a eheim 2215 classic from big als for 120. Its worth more than that IMO

Oh believe me already scoping out at least a 75, would like a 90 but at least a 75. Now if you were willing to help out a cause and supply me with a few hundreds I could get a few emperor's and never have to buy a HOB for a very long time. Or 15 FX5's, lol. Since you just aquired 3k!

LOL its all monster over here. and it was 3200 after taxes JP guys.
I am so getting an eheim 2262 for my upcoming monster tank that filters got me stoked.

lol I like the idea don't get me wrong but I am gonna run ac70 on my 3 -20 gallons . I broke one down recently to make it a hospital tank. and I have a 20 gallon quarantine (Currently has a 1.5" bichir in it he's all alone lol) I am gonna let him grow to 5" in there. and a community 20 full of fish
