Yep for early registration it is 40 bucks, banquet 40 bucks (they will go up to 60/50 respectively come closer to July). (Though remember all attendees must be either a member of the ACA or the Atlanta area aquarium association to attend.)

There are also shirts, trips to the Aquarium or Fernbank Museum of Natural History and Atlanta Botanical Gardens available, tank rentals, etc all available on the website.

Thanks ikevi. Where are the ACAs in Atlanta?

The ACA convention is being held at the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel: 1031 Virginia Ave, Atlanta, GA 30354, USA

There is a link for reservations for the convention, and there is another link for booking a room. (We have an area reserved with a group discount.)

So in other words it is designed so that basically everything is self contained. IE you get there and you don't really need to drive. (If you want to go on the tours we drive everyone out on buses, so no one has to worry about parking/getting lost/crazy Atlanta drivers... Though of course it isn't that bad for family members to go visit other areas. It just took me a little to get used to how to driver here compared to the MN nice method...) And it is great for people that fly in. (IE very close to the airport, I am fairly sure there is a bus just for the Hilton Hotel.) The whole setup is very nice from what I have seen. (I think it is the same place when we held it in 2002, though we might be taking a little more space than last time, I wasn't in GA back then, and I don't remember off hand every little detail.)

Yes, same hotel as 2002, The Hilton has a free shuttle from the airport. I expect this to be a huge convention. Don't miss out! Ken

Thanks, that is what I figured but website didn't actually say the Hilton was the location of the convention. Just ordered my ticket! Now if only my tight wad brother will fork over some cash and go with me.

Any body in KY or TN that wants to carpool let me know.
