What goes on in these meetings?

Once the agenda is finalized, I will post it. In a nutshell it's the state of the union for the ACA. All of the various departments from Publicity and Advertising to Financial and Club Liaison reports are discussed. This year's main event...as far as I am concerned...is the discussion on the website. I can honestly say that I have never seen any members show up and watch. I think that any organization that is governed by a select few should see the general populace looking over there shoulders every once and a while. If you are a member of the club...I encourage you just to stop in and watch for ten minutes. If you are lucky enough to hit it when we are discussing about the web...I think you will find it EXTREMELY interesting.
