Acanthicus hystrix or adonis?

i have the chance of ither one.

which one to get?
its going in my ray tank with a huge piece of bog wood to rest inside.

are they just the same really, as in aggression, feeding ect or would one be more suited?

the adonis is 8" the hystrix is 9".

Well i have an adonis, and it's no more aggresive than any other pleco i've had.

But i can never remember if it's the adonis that grows to 3' and the hystrix to 18" or the other way around. Or i could be talking complete crap about the sizes there.

I know there's always the fear of any pleco sucking on a rays disc and damaging it and the adonis in general does have the reputation for being aggressive with other bottom dwellers. Don't know about hystrix.

ive secured the hystrix today. ive seen adonis before but never the hystrix so im gunner give it ago.
