Beautiful.. One of my favorite species for sure. I will keep a tank full of A. heckelii again one day. Attitude similar to a Central American, colors and beauty of a South American. The perfect fish!

A tank full of Acarichthys heckelii would look awesome, when you do set-up can't wait to see some pictures.

One of my favorites and for sure the next speices I will be keeping. I had a group of them about 5 years ago and loved them unfortunately they got a really bad case of Parasites and I lost them all eventually. Next time around I will be keeping them as a group in a much larger tank.

Beautiful fish. I've heard they are hard to sex. What leads you to say male? I have a single one in my 120. Is this a single fish? I know groups are preferred but how differently does a single behave from a group?
