Quite interesting little oddball cichlids, grabbed 4, going back for another 4 or 6 tomorrow. Got them at a good price, $7 ea. Anyone else keeping them?

Never had them but I've known about them ever since the 70s. Looks like a cool fish, greenish color with red eyes when older, large mouth. Reminds me of a rock bass.

Ive got a pair male 5-6" female about 4", amazing cichlids not around very often grab them up. The only probablem ive had is that my males has had a damaged eye for months.
