accidently flushed a live fish

I've never flushed a healthy live fish, maybe a dying fish. The fish will definately not survive. temp differences, ph differences, chemicals, and other factors will contribute to the fish's death in the septic/sewer

it wont live and if its sewer there unless there is a ton of people on the line or your by a force main there isn't enough water in main it would drown
