Acclimation Problems

I have Red spot severum that I'm trying to acclimate to my community tank but the first 1 died overnight and I'm about to try with another one.

I quarantined the first and periodically added water from the large tank to the small tank so it can get used to the same water. Then I moved it to large tank.

But I woke up and it was dead...... it's 3'' in length and so is the new one.

I am in need of some suggestions that might help keep the fish alive.

When your ready take fish out of quarantine tank and put into a bucket. Take some airline put one end in the main tank. Start siphoning water. Tie a knot into the air line so it only drips slowly. Put other end in bucket.
