false!!! id know about this one since im from Guam. this is completely made up. 99% of Guamanians are catholic. and most of the non federal laws there are greatly influenced by catholicism. this includes not having sex before married. i doubt the church would let a law like this be passed. might as well try to say the have this law in Rome, not going to happen.

and on that note im going to have to say most of the other laws are false/misinterpreted.

You'd get similar responses if you asked residents about drug use in a wealthy neighborhood. They just aren't aware it's happening. I know nothing about Guam, but I do know that plenty of stuff happens under the radar of the law and white-collar life.
