Aclimating fish

Omce the fksh are out of the bag howomg does it take for them to fully aclimate... How long till I can add more fish... What can I do to speed th is process up

No like its a pleco and I like got him used to the temp n then did like a half cup exchage of water from the tank to the bag till prtty much the wter kn the bag was tank water then I put him in but I dont know if there is more I can do for him

that was acclimating.
dripping is best, but that way will work too, depending on how long you took to do it, that is ok for hardy fish but I'd wouldn't do it for mail order or delicate fish.
 
You should wait before adding more fish though, depending on tank volume. If you add a fish, you've now changed the bioload equation meaning there is more waste produced than before and the bacteria need time to increase in population. Too many fish added at once will lead to the death of one or many fish. I say it depends on tank volume because adding a guppy to a 120 gallon will have virtually no impact while adding a decent sized goldfish too a 5 gallon is pretty huge on the bioload.
