acrylic cements?

What would be better?

Acrylic solvent 14

or

acrylic solvent 16

I cant find the 14 So I was thinking to just buy the 16
if anyone has a link to a site that has 14 please post here

shouldnt you already know whats better if you build custom aquariums? DIYers like me would usually look to someone who builds aquariums for advise.

I already know what to use, I'm just trying to find the next best thing, Like I said above. I cant find any links or places that sell the acrylic cement 14. So I asked if 16 would be fine.. ( btw my comp works now )
