Thats a lot to start out as a newbie.... I had dreams like this when I first started out too but trust me start smaller before you go big and possibly mess up and waste a lot of money.

Acrylic and Plexiglass is the same stuff, just different names.

I advise going a LOT smaller 'cause your a newbie. I've never even heard of LMB breeding anyway. In home aquaria.

as far as I know there the same thing... but some are different by name of manufacture, and also standard acrylic, and ploy-carbonate. ploy-carbonate is the strong bullet proof stuff, plus it costs a lot more...

what you need for a tank is called CELL CAST Acrylic....very clear.

Different manufactures will have different trademarked names but they will all call it cell cast as opposed to extruded
