Acrylic Questions.

Hey MFK

Am going to start works on my first plywood build very soon! just wondering will there be any difference between using normal Acrylic over a Polycarbonate?

All I know about this is when I built a tank and my sump I was told to use only high quality cast acrylic. Any thing else and you may be risking it.

How can tell the difference between "high quality" and "low quality" Cell Cast Acrylic?

I asked my plastic store and took their word.

Polycarbonate isn't as strong as cell cast acrylic.

Am just doing a approx 260GAL tank. will that be required? ill need to ask my Acrylic supplier if we have such a thing here.
