i have this 300g tank and the top corner seam looks like it’s coming apart . It’s 3/4” acrylic. I tried Weldon 4 but it won’t go into the seam. Is there any way to fill the seam or do I have to reinforce with a rod ?

That is definitely separating. You could try to dremel some material out from between the seams and fill with Weld-on 40. Reinforcing the inside would be a good idea as well for extra strength.

I was thinking to drill a pin sized hole from the top then I would be able to pour weld- on 4 into the seam . Would Weld-4 fill the drilled hole?Thoughts wednesday13 wednesday13 ?

Oops

You can try and drill a hole to inject some #4 solvent into the dry patch... its not as easy to do as it may seem tho... most of the time the drilled hole creates a dam\wall and the glue still will not travel into the dry patch. ive actually tried this before with no luck but its worth a shot before reinforcing with rod and #40.
