Acrylic Sump?

can this be done? i have a 90 which im looking to cut to make this work. a simple tray is all i want but the holes on top are to small. any ideas?

most sumps are acrylic i thought. not really sure what your talking about hole is too small though.

Horses for courses, I've only ever seen glass sumps, (exept for pictures of very expensive plastic boxes on the net.)

Pictures would help. I'm pretty sure you can drill acrylic safely.

make the tray into 2 sections and you can get it in the smaller holes on top.

oceanic made glass sump with drill already but its not cheap

I was talking about the top brace area. The holes are small. I wanna take out the hole top part of the acrylic so i can add a bigger tray.
