So, I only have 1 mbuna left and i need more, but the problem is he is 5" and you can only buy them at 2.5" (or at least thats all i can afford). I am thinking of getting a sheet of acrylic from lowes and making a divider by drilling holes and slits in it. I would do intake on one side and output on the other from my canister filter to keep water flowing. Does this sound like a good way to seperate them until they come to size? Is the lowes general acrylic safe for aquariums? Any comments would be helpful, thanks!

Good question, I'm in the same boat planning on making dividers and I was wondering wether lowes or Home Depot acrylic is ok?
