Acrylic Tank Help

Purchase a brand new Clear For Life 125 and used for about 6 months.. Yesterday i notice the Top of the aquarium (opening) where we put the HOB filter area starting to Bow about half and inch upward.... is this something i need to worry?

I hardly turn on the LED light so it should not cause by heat... Please have some input ....

My acrylic tanks have always bowed in that area.

I currently have a 90 gallon Clear for Life tank and it also moves on the top although not quite that much. I don't have the HOB opening in the acrylic though so that may make mine a little more stable.

That's actually fairly normal. Acrylic isn't dimensionally-stable when exposed to high humidity. Acrylic covers can warp quite a bit which is why they're often made with polycarbonate.
