Hey guys, I just had a quick question regarding one of my tanks. I have an old 100G acrylic tank that I purchased new and ran for 3 or so years before taking it down maybe ~6 years ago. The tank itself appears to be in good condition, I have been storing it in a dry place underneath my house the whole time with the most extreme conditions being the Southern California temperatures in the summer. My question is- is there anything I should do before setting it up aside from cleaning it? I was planning on filling it with water and letting it sit for a while outside but that's about it.

Thanks ahead of time for your help!

I would think it would be fine, just double check that it hasn't warped any during storage. Also fill it outside on a flat surface first.

Sounds like it should be ready for use once you clean it. Also, check the seams to make sure there aren't any issues with the integrity of the acrylic bond

As long as it's not in direct sunlight and you didn't stack a heavy load on the top center brace then I think it should be fine to fill to use.
