You will need to identify where the leak is coming from.

Assuming it's a seam leak the best sollution is some weldon 16 (http://www.scigrip.com/product.php?id=16) and a square piece of acrylic that is several inches longer than the affected area.

You will have to drain the tank.
Apply the weldon to the affected area from the inside of the tank.
Angle the tank so the weldon can soak into the leaking area and hopefully gravity will pull some into the void.
Then place in the square piece over the leaking area and apply pressure until the glue is dry.

Hope that helps..

yup what he said weldon 16.. anyways if u want though it wont look pretty lolz I recently bought a frag tank and the owner siliconed the entire acrylic tank it holds water but it looks like a turd lolz

Silicone has a weak adhesion to acrylic...glass tanks are like two pieces of wood being screwed together, while acrylic tanks are like metal parts being welded together.

No silicone. Weldon 16 is your best bet.
