So as some may or may not remember my 220 had some crazing in the center due to improper stand build. Well at the End of Feb first part of march I corrected the stand and set the tank up again.
While I have not noticed any new crazing nor have I noticed the existing crazing getting worse. I did notice something that makes me question the tank now, I saw on the far right hand side about 1 foot from the end 3 strange spot. These spots are about the site of a pencil spot if you simply touched a sharpened pencil to paper. One is more notice able then the others, they look like I should be able to feel them but I cant, so I assume they are the start of another craze but I can't say for sure.
So my question is can I use non Acrylite acrylic to make a ply tank? I have another aquarium I could setup if it was a real emergency for my fish. But My thought was to just keep a closer eye on this tank, and start planning and building a replacement ply tank.
