acrylic tank with plecos?

its time to go BIG. but im worried about my 15" gibby rasping his chompers on the acrylic and scratching the hell out of it. what you think?

I've got a 10" common pleco on my 300 gallon acrylic and I never see any marks from him. More marks from me cleaning. lol

I have plecoes and i dont think that would be a problem.

I've had a 12 inch pleco before... and he's never left any marks on the acrylic.

panaque species will scratch acrylic tanks like royal plecos and clown. any pleco that eats wood will damage acrylic they have small teeth. gibbiceps have no teeth so your acrylic is safe with them.
